Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
