Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. Any experience at all would help. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
