Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a barista. I am in Denver, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
