Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
