Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. It has been a long 6 weeks. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
