Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a paralegal. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
