Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
