Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - any advice?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an electrician's helper. Any experience at all would help. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
