Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I am in Portland, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
