Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - any advice?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. They use a short typing and listening test.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
