Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look after 9 years as a project coordinator

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a project coordinator. I am in Dallas, in case local advice matters. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
