Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look after 8 years as an operations analyst

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an operations analyst. I am in Tulsa, in case local advice matters. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
