Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look after 18 years as a teaching assistant

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
