Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look after 17 years as a logistics coordinator

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a logistics coordinator. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
