Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look after 14 years as an operations analyst

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an operations analyst. It has been a long 22 weeks. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
