Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look after 14 years as an accounts payable clerk

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
