Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look after 14 years as a data-entry clerk

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a data-entry clerk. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
