Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look after 13 years as a logistics coordinator

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a logistics coordinator. Any experience at all would help. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Are there warning signs I should look for?
