Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look after 12 years as a warehouse supervisor

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
