Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look after 12 years as a project coordinator

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a project coordinator. I worked as a project coordinator before this. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?
