Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look after 11 years as a web developer

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a web developer. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?
