Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an event coordinator. It has been weighing on me all week. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
