Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - 5 months and counting

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. It has been a long 20 weeks. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
