Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a production planner. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
