Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - 3 weeks in

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
