Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - 25 weeks in

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
