I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an administrative assistant. Thank you in advance. Most want a quiet workspace and reliable internet. What should I know about the test?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
