Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
