Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look - 11 months and counting

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
