Entry-level remote jobs, worth a look

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an administrative assistant. I am in Portland, in case local advice matters. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
