Employers that hire people with a record, Wichita (update)

A few employers in Wichita say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
