Employers that hire people with a record, Wichita - first time posting

A few employers in Wichita say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 15 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
