Employers that hire people with a record, Wichita - first time posting

A few employers in Wichita say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a production planner before this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 3 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
