Employers that hire people with a record, Wichita - first time posting

A few employers in Wichita say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Wichita, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 3 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
