Employers that hire people with a record, Wichita after 15 years as an HR coordinator

A few employers in Wichita say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Wichita, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?
