Employers that hire people with a record, Wichita - 5 months and counting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
