Employers that hire people with a record, Wichita - 2 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 11 months. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
