Employers that hire people with a record, Tulsa after 14 years as an HR coordinator

A few employers in Tulsa say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 14 months. Has anyone worked at these places?
