Employers that hire people with a record, Tulsa - 11 months and counting

A few employers in Tulsa say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
