Employers that hire people with a record, Tucson, paralegal here

A few employers in Tucson say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 12 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
