Employers that hire people with a record, Tucson, machine operator here

A few employers in Tucson say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a machine operator before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
