Employers that hire people with a record, Tucson - any advice?

A few employers in Tucson say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 16 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
