Employers that hire people with a record, Tucson - any advice?

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. It has been weighing on me all week. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 12 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
