Employers that hire people with a record, Tucson - 4 months and counting

A few employers in Tucson say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
