Employers that hire people with a record, Toledo - what worked for you?

A few employers in Toledo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case.

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
