Employers that hire people with a record, Toledo after 7 years as a graphic designer

A few employers in Toledo say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
