Employers that hire people with a record, Toledo after 18 years as a customer-service rep

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
