Employers that hire people with a record, Tampa - first time posting

A few employers in Tampa say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 5 months. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
