Employers that hire people with a record, Tampa - 5 weeks in

A few employers in Tampa say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
