Employers that hire people with a record, St. Louis - first time posting

A few employers in St. Louis say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 9 months. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
